Women's Self Defense Class

This Class is a must for women of all ages

Statistics show that three out of four American women will fall victim to a violent crime at one point in their lives.  The most preventative tactics toward surviving an attack are knowledge and a strategy.  In this one and a half hour workshop we will arm you with safety tips and techniques to avoid these situations.  In addition,  we will discuss simple methods and maneuvers you you can use to assure your safety and that of your loved ones.
