Cardio Kickboxing is one the most fun ways of getting in or staying in shape and losing weight. This program utilizes martial arts techniques to promote muscle tone, strength, stretching, coordination, balance, and energy. Padded gloves with heavy bags really make you feel the burn. All movements can be substituted with low impact movements. At the end of each class there is a cool down period which is followed by our "Abs from Hell" Cardio Kickboxing keeps your heart healthy and raises your metabolism. If you are looking to get in shape for the summer, or just just get a great workout this class is for You! Our Cardio Kickboxing instructors are AMAA and AFAA Certified. Their experience in fitness will insure that you exercise safely.
